The location is very special with beautiful views. The reception was very friendly and helpful. There was a happy atmosphere and the staff were cheerful and hardworking. The room was very clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant served superb food and wine and was reasonably priced. Booking and communication with the hotel was also efficient and easy.

We abandoned all plans to use it just as a base, and chilled there instead. Could have stayed longer in this relaxed atmosphere. We had a river/chateau-facing room and balcony. Superb!
