We came in early and Tracy- the most wonderful reception lady stored our luggage and had them brought to our room when it was ready. We r world travelers and we have never met somebody super wonderful like her. She should lead the service/hospitality group of every hotel 😍

Nice surroundings, clean and comfortable apartment, well-equipped kitchen and cozy beds. Although we were informed that the parking in nearby mall's garage will cost us around 25 EUR, we paid 13 EUR from 7 PM to 9 AM

As charming as Grenoble is, my stay at this hotel was just as wonderful! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. This has been my best experience in France so far, and I would definitely visit both the city and this hotel again!
