We had a wonderful two nights at this property as we toured Glasgow before heading to the Great Glen Way. There seemed to be others staying here using it as a base for exploring the highlands from what we could see. What made it special? First re the rooms: the interior feels plush, fresh and new. We are two friends and had a very comfortable twin room which was incredibly spacious with well appointment bathroom. There was very good temperature control in the room (very important!). Nice products as well for both coffee and in the bathroom. Second re the breakfast included in the bed and breakfast rate: excellent buffet plus fresh menu and served in their very lovely dining room Third re the general warmness: very helpful staff, lovely happy hour with complimentary wine where you can mingle in the lobby

Location of the hotel is very convenient, especially for those like us who traveled later to Edinburgh. It is very close to Glasgow Central railway station. Our rooms were facing the innyard, so they were really quite, despite the fact the hotel is very centrally located. Bed is amazing! I also liked very much the cosmetic products. Breakfast is exceptional! In front of the hotel is the bus station for free shuttle bus which goes to museums.
