Hotels That Guests Love in London
  • Breakfast spread was amazing, better than most brunch places in London. The bed was also super comfortable and I loved the bathroom pod and shower in the room - really cool design. (+free shampoo and shower gel). I was upgraded to a room with a window even though I booked the windowless room so that was a nice extra touch :)

  • Great staff. The interior design is superb. Would recommend to others visiting London.

  • More hotels should be like KIP, fantastic staff, branding and compact, well designed rooms. I would probably say best nights sleep I've had in a London hotel. EVER! Please role these out across the rest of the UK, and show other people how to do affordable, wonderful hospitality!

  • Great value and comfort. My second stay here and was delighted to return after first visit. Breakfast is simple but of very high quality. Bathroom was well designed. Plenty of power points and lighting options. The property is in an interesting suburb of London about 30 minutes from centre by underground. The E8 bus takes you to tube station and is right outside front door. Great shopping options nearby - Lidl, Sainsbury's and Tesco to mention a few. WiFi was very good.

  • Like many London hotels rooms, space is at a premium in hotel rooms. The Royal Lancaster did an amazing job of making a smallish space feel twice its size via the clever design and layout. The room had a lovely sofa and desk with windows overlooking the city or Hyde Park. Electronic day and night shades are a bonus as is an excellent bank of electronic plugs near the desk. A beautifully redesigned modern bathroom with underfloor heating feels lush.
