The room was lovely, loved the stained glass window. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Lovely power shower.Great location in walking distance of the beach, pier and shops.

The location is very near to restaurants, bars, the beach and amusement arcade/park. I had used all the cream left in the room and the accommodation supplied more than enough once they see I used it without even having to ask!!

This was such a unique place where the staff/owners clearly made it their passion project. The rooms were gorgeous and decorated with the all the details in mind. The bed was comfy and the breakfast through their sister restaurant was excellent.

A Room With A View - Free Parking is located in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Location was really good, being not far from Brighton pier and City centre. Staff were excellent. Parking was available for each room. Tandem arrangement had to be juggled but it was not an issue. I liked this place and would definitely return.
