The hotel was loooooovely and Haris the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She told us everything we needed to know about the island and the easiest ways to get around etc. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool and it was SO GOOD. I was concerned to begin with as there aren’t many sunbeds around the main pool for the amount of people in the hotel but when we had our own it was perfect!! There was also another very helpful lady who told us it would be 60€ to the port but when she rung she managed to get it down to 40€ which was another nice touch (rather than just telling us that’s what the price was). We loved it so much we enquired about staying another night but with already having another hotel in Ios booked and paid for, it just wasn’t worth the extra cost :( some of my friends have already booked to stay at the end of August on my recommendation!

Very nice location over the pool and over the caldera! We had the opportunity to order whatever we preferred from a long list of goodies. They also prepared freddo espresso for us, which usually they do not do in hotels. Very friendly staff, excellent service.

The location of Mill House was very convenient and very peaceful. It was walking distance to many attractions. The amentities were great, the rooms super clean. The breakfast was great and served with an amazing view for an experience that can’t be beat. Finally, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mill House to anyone traveling to Santorini

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very professional and organized. Maria, Vasiliki and the porters were amazing! Location and view were unbeatable. Away from the noisy crowds but close to everything. Room was spacious and bed the most comfortable of 9 beds we slept on during our Europe trip. Facilities were beautiful, including the pool. Too bad we had no time to use it. All in all, a perfect place to prepare for our Santorini wedding and spend the first few days of our honeymoon!

Let's face it! 🤩 The stellar service started before the trip began! Eleni greeted me via email to welcome us to the hotel, extend their services, and arrange transportation. She responded quickly to all of my questions and answered all of my questions. When we got to Santorini airport, the driver was there as expected. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by Mr. Mongi, one of the hotel managers, and his staff. They took out bags and Mr. Mongi gave us a tour of the hotel. It only has a few rooms, called houses. Each "house" has a different style. The hotel itself is a tour through history, with antiques, books, and beautiful art! All of this is surrounded by a breathtaking view no matter the weather!! The sunsets were amazing! Breakfast was delivered every morning upon request and served royally. There was always more than enough. I particularly love that, in their communications, they emphasized conserving waste and being specific in ordering what you need. For example, I asked them to remove the sliced bread from the breadbasket and just leave the croissants. They encourage that! As blessing would have it, we had the wonderful opportunity to meet Mr. Tsitoura himself. He had flown in for the day. He was so humble and kind, he introduced himself as Eleni's father. I was overwhelmed!! He showed us inside another house that leaves me speechless!! You really have to see it to comprehend the amazing that this hotel is! I love, love, love The Tsitouras Collection and the Tsitoura family. I look forward to coming back!! 💙🤍💙🤍

Ira Hotel was recently renovated and provides large rooms featuring new minimalist decor. Excellent cliffside location with an outstanding view of the crater and it sunsets. The best feature is the feeling of calm and privacy once you enter the property. Unlike most properties along the busy Fira/Oia walking path, the rooms and pool area are sheltered away from public viewing. We stayed in a cave room featuring an extra large shower room and facing the inside court and were totally happy.

Everything about this resort is magnificent. Super friendly staff with high morals as well as super cozy and warming rooms plus very fresh and delicious breakfast and awesome location to the beach with all accessible stores and markets nearby. One thing which we found very welcoming even before arriving there was that they asked for your flight details and then they also tracked your location and status and this "being in contact" with you even before your arrival is indeed very civilized and friendly; this came to play in our case because due to the weather conditions, our flight could not land in Santorini and we landed in Athens and must have waited for the ferry to get to Santorini and we lost a day because of all the mentioned problems and we decided to stay for one more day to compensate our lost one and even though if was not at all the hotel's business, they helped us fully, from each possible aspects, to be able to enjoy our staying and it did make that lost day up to us, mostly thanks to Mr. Dimitrios Stefanos Sakellaris and of course all the other staff, whose names I unfortunately don't know to mention them personally. Every one there was super polite and friendly with a warm smile on their face, which made your every single day enjoyable and energetic. The respected lady who cleaned our room was also very welcoming and warm and thanks to her, our room was always in order with all the needed goods inside. Frankly and away from any exaggerations, all in all it was an awesome staying, surely because of super friendly staff, who honestly is glad to help you with your wishes and they do remember what you asked without even going for it twice, which is a big plus on their side; There was really nothing to complain about and gladly we would visit this resort again.
