Germanywe loved the pool, the food, the drinks, the hotel staff. Breakfast was AMAZING!! I loved everything about this hotel. everything was perfect! Sofia, who worked at the front desk, was so helpful and scheduled rides for us. The taxi drivers, Eddie and the other driver, were very nice and always on time! We loved the hotel so much that we didn’t want to leave!

United KingdomThe hotel was loooooovely and Haris the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She told us everything we needed to know about the island and the easiest ways to get around etc. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool and it was SO GOOD. I was concerned to begin with as there aren’t many sunbeds around the main pool for the amount of people in the hotel but when we had our own it was perfect!! There was also another very helpful lady who told us it would be 60€ to the port but when she rung she managed to get it down to 40€ which was another nice touch (rather than just telling us that’s what the price was). We loved it so much we enquired about staying another night but with already having another hotel in Ios booked and paid for, it just wasn’t worth the extra cost :( some of my friends have already booked to stay at the end of August on my recommendation!

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the pool site restaurant (Heily) who greeted us and took care of us so well. Personally I think staying in Panorama is even better experience than staying in the cliff hotels in Oiya.They also arrange airport pick up so that you don’t have to carry your luggage going through the streets with ups and downs. It’s a perfect vacation experience.
