Sophia welcomed us; she was incredibly attentive, and the hotel surprised us in our room with champagne, fruits, and flowers. We were on our honeymoon, and we were delighted and surprised. The view from our room was the most beautiful in the world. The sunset was incredible. I spent hours admiring so much beauty. The room was extremely clean, and everything was perfect. We stay in room 18. I wish I could stay there for more than three days. I loved ❤️

From transfer from port to hotel with Georg, reception with Andreana and Letisia, breakfast buffett, with the wonderful team of 2, pool and bar, room top and renewed, view to caldera and volcano, the origin of this beauty called Santorini. The location is a 5-min walk from the Main Square and its close to the restaurants and bars. The views from the room balcony and the rooftop bar are unparalleled. Finally, the highlight of my stay, were the reception team who made the stay special. Kudos to Polivios, Flavia and Haylay!

The level of service and hospitality exceeded all expectations. The staff truly try to make your stay as good as possible. For example we reached out ahead of time to ask if we could leave our luggage at the reception since we were arriving in the morning before check in time - they accommodated our early arrival and we were able to check us in right away - over 5 hours early. The location, approximately halfway between the cities of Fira and Firostefani, is perfect since it's much calmer than other locations closer to the town centers, but it's still easily walkable (about 10 - 15 minutes) . In my opinion, this is the ideal place to stay if you want to relax and don't like crowds. There is an exceptional view of the caldera and of the sunset from the terrace and several of the suites. The breakfasts are delicious - you can choose a la carte from sweet as well as savoury options. We also ate an exceptional dinner at the restaurant and watched the sunset at the same time. A fantastic experience!

We were so grateful to be given our room early after an early morning flight and this started our stay off perfectly. All of the staff were so lovely from arrival to departure. The breakfast waiters were so attentive, and we loved the breakfast selections every morning! We had a standard room, but we loved the indoor jacuzzi tub and the balcony with the stunning views for the sunsets. Our stay in Santorini would not have been the same without these sunset views and being able to enjoy a bottle of wine without the crowds. It was October, so the evenings were chilly, but there was a heater in the room and that also was amazing to be able to heat up once the sun went down. We had lunch at the restaurant and ordered room service twice and everything we ate was 10/10. The manager arranged a very well priced rental car for us during our stay and it was the perfect way for us to explore the island. Overall, there were so many things that contributed to it being an incredible stay, so so happy we chose this hotel.
