From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. I loved the boutiquy feel and decor. The fact that it was intimate , small scale, using refined colors creating a subtly elegant mood. I loved the complimentary laundry facility , the exquisite breakfast taken in the most refined , posh salon , sitting on a sofa under a giant glass chandelier. Truly a luxurious , indulgent experience. The staff is kind and helpful , specially the breakfast personnel .

The staff are very friendly and helpful. A young lady at the reception desk who did the check-in and check out for us has excellent customer service. The room is clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The location is convenient. I like breakfast every morning. They have Asian and Western food. I am a senior in a wheelchair, and the restaurant staff, Eddie and Dick are really very helpful to me.
