United KingdomSopron Old Town and Hotel Wollner are what you imagine of a little town in Central Europe, kind of like the town in "Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang" but without the scary Child Catcher!
The hotel is scrupulously clean, the rooms have character. In so many, especially chain hotels, you get into the room and you feel you could be anywhere in the world they are so anonymous. Not so here. Niki is the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Ours was only a one-night stay, but it was a very enjoyable one. Breakfast was of the continental style, buffet service, and plentiful. It was included in the price we paid.
