I had booked 3 rooms, for myself and my two brothers. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and bidet shower for the toilet bowl. I loved the height of the bed which makes getting up and out easy. Cleanliness wise, i was happy to see that housekeeping cleans the room everyday. Nice to come back to my room every evening. Last night before checkout, the housekeeping staff actually made a cute towel arrangement on my bed. :-) Breakfast at the hotel was very pleasant as the staff and crew were very friendly and attentive. I definitely enjoyed my holiday better because of the pleasant hotel. Thank you everyone.

I rarely give the qualification 10, because perfect doesn’t exist. And also in this hotel there might be some small details at the room furniture that aren’t perfect, but that’s nitpicking compared to the super friendly staff. They are not "just professionally friendly”, but sincerely and warmly friendly and they do all they can to give you a pleasant stay and make you feel welcome there. Besides that, the breakfast is outstanding and has a wide choice. And they have a convenient direct access to the mall with complete facilities. I had a very pleasant time here and I certainly will come back.
