I am very impressed with all Ayana staff as they would ALWAYS put up a welcoming smile and very patience with all our requests. I was feeling very sick when I first check-in alone myself without my big group of colleagues. I was all so lost as Ayana was very huge. I informed frontdesk that I was feeling very unwell and requested them to bring me to the right lobby to retrieve my luggage and back to my room. It was my ever first hotel check-in experience in an foreign country without any family/friends with me. But their warm assistance made me felt at ease without any issue. After 2 nights stay, I was checking out the hotel and the front desk recognized me and asked if I am feeling better! I immediately felt so warm hearted as I was so sick that I could not recognize anyone that assisted me the other night when I was checking in the hotel. Will definitely be back to Rimba by Ayana again when I visit Bali ! Thank you Rimba by Ayana. :)

We loved everything about this hotel. As it's family owned you get all the charm of a B&B with all the amenities and service of a 5 star hotel. Unlike larger resorts, everything has a personal touch. The grounds are gorgeous and the hotel is beautifully decorated. We toured around Bali and stayed at some really great hotels including quite a high end 5 star resort in Nusa Dua, but this was by far our favourite. Would 100% want to stay here upon every visit to Bali. Tranquil. Peaceful. Gorgeous.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread is very good, and the pool never felt too crowded. The hotel has a calm atmosphere, an absolute plus is the free photo session offered by the hotel (at least it was included in our booking). The hotel is not too far from the airport, but with the local traffic do reserve time to reach the airport. We actually reserved the hotel just for one day to be closer to the airport before leaving, the rest of our trip was spent around Bali, but we wished we would have had more days at the hotel.
