Everything!! Look I don't really write reviews but I've maybe stayed in a few hundred places all over the world. In all kinds of accommodation from hotel /hostels/ and 5 star resorts and I can honestly say this it's awesome. I can honestly said the photos don't do it Justice.(I really think they should do better new pics of the outside beach/pool/seating / restaurant they are even better in real life then the pics they have on booking.com ) The staff were all awesome, they all learn your name like every single staff member will remember your name and greet you with your name everyday ...so nice and kind )room 4 ocean view from room (in bed) The private balcony is clean and nice 100% would stay again. Ps bed is hugeeeeeeeeee and comfy

Great view with nice rooms, plenty of space and very comfortable and big bed , outside bathrooms. Nice restaurant on the beach, friendly and helpfull staff, very atentive to all our requests.

The property exceptionally well designed and equipped for an all relaxing and visually appealing vacation. The staff, facilities and food selection is superb.

Their attentiveness and warmth set a welcoming tone from the moment you arrive. **Restaurant:** The culinary experience was nothing short of exquisite, complemented by a team of professional restaurant staff. They were always available to serve, yet they respected your privacy, allowing for a delightful dining atmosphere. **Cleanliness:** I found it hard to believe that I could leave my room open, with all my belongings inside, while feeling completely at ease and confident that nothing would go missing. This reflects a remarkable level of integrity and security within the resort. **Security:** The security personnel were ever-present, diligently ensuring the safety of guests both within the resort and during outings. Their vigilance provided an added layer of comfort. **Spa:** The spa staff exemplified professionalism and kindness, consistently attending to guests' needs with a caring touch. **General Staff:** Despite their continuous presence, the staff's efficiency was so seamless that you often felt as though they were invisible, expertly fulfilling their roles without intruding on your experience. **Resort Manager:** The resort manager demonstrated a genuine commitment to every guest and staff member. Her meticulous attention to detail and professional demeanor was evident throughout my stay. **Special Circumstance:** During my stay, I unfortunately experienced a health issue, and I was astounded by the immediate response from the medical team. They arrived at my room promptly, conducting all necessary tests and examinations with remarkable care. Their continuous follow-up on my condition was exceptional. All departments staff showcasing the dedication and asking about the improvement. **Resort:** The location is breathtaking, the facilities are top-notch, and the pricing is astonishingly reasonable.

The staff, the space, the atmosphere. Villa Nero has it all. You are just one bike ride away (and bikes are provided for free from the hotel) from great restaurants, the beach and the port. If you don't feel like going out, Villa Nero has you covered with their own delicious restaurant. The staff is what really won us over. No request was turned away and they were always available 24/7. They really made our honeymoon special!!

We loved our stay at Villa SamaLama on Gili T. The cabin is well appreciated with a nice private pool. Great service, internet and nice breakfast. Be prepared to rent / use bicycles to get around on this island with lots of interconnecting packed dirt roads. Dozens of beautiful beaches, east swimming, snorkeling with Turtles. I
