The hotel's location is excellent, with less than a 5-minute walk to Damascus Gate, and right next to the Damascus Gate bus station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel feels like a palace, with beautiful interiors and luxurious rooms. From the balcony of the room, you can even see the Old City of Jerusalem. What stood out was the unexpected surprise during breakfast the next day. We heard a birthday song, had cake, and received a birthday gift. Even though it was already a day after my birthday when we checked in, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special. On our departure day, which happened to be the Sabbath, we asked the staff to arrange a bus to the airport for us as we were leaving early. The hotel even packed a sumptuous breakfast for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and it truly embodies the phrase printed on the hotel key card, "WHEN IN JERUSALEM, LIVE JERUSALEM."

Great hotel! The food is delicious, the staff are very nice, Hotel facilities are clean. There is heated pool and jacuzzi till 8PM, they had wine tastes as well. Great view and 15 min from Jerusalem if you want to go out at night.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and key places, which made exploring the area so convenient. The service was outstanding – the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day off right. A lovely touch was the special table available throughout the day with juice and biscuits – perfect for a quick refreshment after returning from sightseeing.
