My senior citizens parents were on a holiday to Udaipur. I booked Udai Kothi and requested Mr. Anwar & Mr. Shailesh to make their stay comfortable and they did so perfectly ! My parents had an absolutely amazing experience at the property. To begin with, they were offered a room on the ground floor that enabled easy entry and exit. Thanks for that ! The entire staff was courteous, attentive and efficient. The restaurant served delicious meals with superb service thanks to Chhttar Singh ji and Abhimanyu Sisodiya and their entire team. The daily dinner on the terrace turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. The service of the staff combined with beautiful property's location made it a wonderful experience for my parents. Sincere thanks to everyone who made their trip memorable. Keep it up !
