The friendly and helpful staff made our stay memorable. They were very attentive and the dining room staff went out of their way to ensure we had every food, drink and comfort we could hope for. The inclusive bar and wine at dinner were the cherry on the top of the divine menu and experience. I love to give 5-star ratings when deserving, and this hotel takes them all. Cannero Riveria is the perfect lakeside village. Quiet, many fewer tourists than other more famous villages, great food choices on the waterfront, ferry service, excellent walks (up over to Cannobio), it has it all. And this hotel is a gem. Junior suite upstairs is wonderful. Great breakfast, excellent staff.

The hotel is very nice, the staff (especially the bartender) are very nice and polite, and helped us a lot with whatever we needed. The room was stylish and the bed comfortable, and the experience was very positive.
