The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful - extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds and a thoughtful selection of pillows to choose from, which resulted in excellent sleep quality. The breakfast was outstanding with great variety and high-quality food options. We also thoroughly enjoyed the a la carte dinner service. The location is perfect for exploring the Stelvio pass, and the surrounding mountain scenery is simply breathtaking. The hotel really captures the alpine charm you'd hope for in this beautiful region.

The hotel location and staff are jut wonderful. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and also the sushi restaurant at night! They upgraded our room as they had availability and we were very comfortable and enjoyed our little balcony (and the shower- we could stay in it for hours). Staff was super helpful and helped us find some attractions and restaurants in the area a- they made this trip great for us.

Very nice rooms, well furnished. The washing machine was a welcome surprise. The room was spacious and cozy. The spa area was very nice and welcomed on a cold day after a descent from Stelvio Pass. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Although I'm used to buffet breakfast, the in-room breakfast was great. The food was great and plentiful. The bike storage room was very useful and so was the underground parking. The hotel is extremely close to the city center. Pretty much 1 minute walk. I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. We look forward to visiting again.
