Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was exquisite - really caring, without seeming fake. The vibe of the hotel is extraordinary. Spacious, clean, nice. The restaurants were very tasty. Location is unbeatable. We absolutely loved this hotel.

From the moment that we walked through the door at Lagacio, we felt like treasured and special guests. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The ambience inside is so calming. The rooms are beautifully designed and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast at Lagacio was incredible - the selection far surpassed any breakfast that we had on our trip! The spa facilities were sublime, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There are many hiking options nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we return to San Cassiano. Many thanks to Barbara for making us feel so welcome especially after a long hut to hut hike!

We had the best time! The staff went out of their way to increase our joy and relaxation. The pool and spa are designed beautifully, so relaxing and beautiful to the eye. All the senses are pleased by the outside, the food, the art, the care of each staff and the gorgeous furniture and bedding.
