Villa Excelsior Parco is an outstanding destination for celebration and romance. EP is a beautiful villa, with well maintained gardens, tasteful decor and luxury facilities and good food. Great hotel to stay in Capri. The staff is great, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. My wife and I spent a night here for our honeymoon and we were gifted a bottle of prosecco they were so carrying. We loved our hotel even more than Capri. The room was even better than the pictures, the size and design are amazing, and the view from the balcony is amazing. We appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining a facility of this size, as well as the level of cleanliness, both in your room and throughout the hotel. A hand-painted porcelain tile covered the balcony floor of our room, linking the hotel to the ceramic work craft traditions of Capri and the Amalfi coast. This is just one example of the care and effort put into all aspects of the hotel's design. It seems that all the hotel's staff is committed to providing the highest level of service. Every guest is known by name by the hotel manager, Oliver, who passes between the tables and speaks to any guest at breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for three nights, but unfortunately, we weren't able to use all the facilities. We didn't visit the pool or jacuzzi, but we did take a spa treatment. Our stay at the hotel was an integral part of our overall excellent Capri experience and one of the main contributors to it.
