The location was excellent-- centrally located in Como in a large piazza with many restaurants, close to the lakefront and ferry docks. The hotel front desk allowed us to store our luggage before we checked in. There was a heated towel rack in the bathroom that was handy for drying clothes that we washed in the sink. The room was clean and felt new, with plenty of windows that made it feel bright and welcoming. Very nice large shower with rainfall shower head as well as hand-held nozzle. Free bottled water in the room, replaced daily. Comfortable bed. Plenty of power outlets for charging phones. The hotel has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We had dinner there a couple of times during our stay, and the food and service was excellent.

Very fun and entertaining location in Como. And the split level layout of the apartment is cool. The parking is a couple blocks walk, but the route is direct and easy enough

This older hotel used to be a monastery. It had great rustic charm with modern conveniences. Each room was unique. The daily breakfast was awesome. The front desk staff were extremely helpful.
