The spa is over the top. My husband had a massage and loved it. The breakfast was very good, and it’s also very close to a great pizza place. Assisi is a very special place, unspoiled. This property is within walking distance of the city center and many shops. The development of this historic property is of the highest quality. Go.

Relaxed atmosphere, good facilities. Very close to Assisi with bus stop practically at the front door. Bus up to the top of Assisi and a very good, easy walk down to the Basilica, with lots to see on the way. Then bus back from there. Gaia was very friendly and helpful at both dinner and breakfast. Would definitely choose this Hotel again.
