Cleanliness, quietness, beauty of the apartment, plus the host, Paola, made our stay easier and pleasant. The apartment is located in front of the lake in a quiet and beautiful area of the town very well communicated. Parking was not always easy to find but still it wasn't a big deal. There are some free parking spots close to the apartment, but even if they are all taken, there are other options. Just be aware of daily meter in some areas in front of the lake.

The room is modern, and ours overlooked the lake and the road, which gave us a great view of all the action. On the weekend, we sat on the balcony eating ice cream watching the people go by while enjoying the breeze off the lake. It's a quick walk to the center to enjoy restaurants and attractions yet far enough away to not be disturbed by it all. It's also a quick walk to the train station and ferry if you want to go explore other regions of the lake.

This was a perfect location and hotel because of many reasons. 1.- free parking. 2.- Room was super clean, nice, views, amazing bed, plenty of light/windows... I felt at home. I had a balcony, so :) 3.- Views. I opened my window, and I can see the church, mountains, and streets. 4.- Breakfast is great. Not too overwhelming, but the right amount and super tasty. 5.- Staff is great... I felt at home.

It's a very good place to stay, clean, beautiful, very spacious, on the 3rd floor with a good view and an elevator. There is a large balcony to sit and relax while sipping your morning coffee. It is next to a cafe and near many restaurants. There are all the amenities like at home. There is a private parking garage. I can cook because they really have all the equipment. There are lots of wine glasses. There are a lot of hangers in the closet. I really like it. The bedding is complete. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. Verana, the owner and her father are very sweet and kind. Verana responds quickly to messages. and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend it if looking for a nice place to stay in Bolzano.
