The location was perfect, especially as a solo female traveller. It is right in the middle of a busy square, well-lit with lots of restaurants. This allowed me to feel safe heading out for a bite to eat even in the night. The staff was very accommodating and always friendly. Really central location, easy to walk everywhere. The room and bathroom were very clean when I arrived.

The hotel is in a very calm, silent spot in the city. The vaporetto was in a close walking distance. The design of the room was very good, elegant. It was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out before breakfast time but the lady packed us food and orange juice. The whole experience in the hotel was pleasant. The espresso was very good right from a high-pressure machine.
