We had a wonderful stay in a spacious room. The staff is super friendly. On the last day we missed breakfast, because we mixed up the breakfast hours (until 11 in weekend, until 10 throughout the week). We were offered a free complementary breakfast by the guest relations manager Daniela at the bar. Her attentive and thoughtful approach elevated our experience very much. She also explained and apologised for the noisy group that was staying there as well since we experienced a lot of noise. They offered us the breakfast for our entire stat for free as an additional service. Very kind of them.
