Lovely stay for our family trip over two rooms. Staff were incredibly hospitable, our concierge Nicholas gave us some wonderful tips on local attractions and ensured a smooth stress free handling of our bags, parking our car and settling us into the hotel. Reception staff also very welcoming and helpful, they really make for a full service experience. We enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast in our room on the balcony. Exclusive access to beach and plenty room for our kids in our hotel room. Would definitely love to go back! Beach beds and towels included with our stay you are also moments walk from the port via walkway at back of the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, and we had such a wonderful time in Rapallo! The rooms were so clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. We opted to have breakfast included, and I'm so glad I did. Everything was fresh and delicious. It really saved us from having to stumble out in search of food. We also had dinner there with some family who live in Rapallo, and the staff there is just so friendly and fun. We truly felt welcomed. The location is such a bonus as well. It's a short walk to the train station, but also across the street from Castello sul Mare and several short walks to places to swim. The ferry is also very close if you want to explore the other parts of the coast.
