The hotel rooms and grounds are immaculately clean, the staff is so kind and helpful, and the food was artfully prepared and so FRESH. Enzo runs the dining experience and is an absolute gem and the warmest personality; it was hard to say goodbye! Seriously an incredible value for a four star accommodation. The free shuttle was terrific to explore the town, but keep in mind, the cuisine at the hotel is exceptional; we chose to dine at the hotel for dinner both nights given their course menu offering and value. Top notch stay all around, no notes, and this is coming from a high maintenance, picky traveler. Also, don't let Google or Tripadvisor fool you, there is lots to see and do on Ischia--we spent two days here and could have easily spent closer to 4-5 days. Do not miss the Negombo thermal park

Both the staff and facilities of the hotel were impeccable. The spa was amazing as well as the decor and breakfast offered. Everyone from the reception to drivers were more than friendly and willing to make my stay the best that it could be. I was always greeted with a smile and they were so generous in offering advice on what to do on the island! Will absolutely be staying there again!

Very friendly staff, big and clean rooms, good breakfast. Swimming pool was also very cool (altough the opening times could be longer). Breakfast was tasty.

I found the hotel very relaxing and casual, like spending time in your private house. The hotel staff is always willing to help out … sometime you need to ask but they are always so kind to do at their best what you ask for. We enjoyed lunch on the swimming pool and some relaxing time at SpA. Amazing lemonade and fruit cocktails. We also enjoyed the garden a lot.
