Almost perfect! The staff is friendly and very kind. The location is wonderful. Terrific breakfast with a lot of vegan and vegetarian salty and sweet options. The room was large and clean, with a beautiful sea view.

Everything was new and exceptionally clean. Bordering on sterile, I would say. Room was rather small, but as expected by European standards. Entire staff from proprietor to housekeeping were absolutely incredible. I had the misfortune of falling ill on my last day and the owner himself rushed down to the hotel and insisted I get examined by a doctor. He personally escorted us to numerous locations until I was able to be seen. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel or its staff. They were exceedingly gracious and accommodating. Italians are very special people. Everyone here has been fantastic.

All was perfect and exceptional! Unfortunately the good restaurant was closed due to low season, but that's life! Do not trust poor reviews of this hotel, it's a very nice one, believe a 48hotel-per-year-traveller like me

Excellent location. Unfortunately the weather was terrible (there was a huge windstorm) so we didn't get much opportunity to explore when we arrived. However, there are very good restaurants close by, so we got a lovely cozy dinner. The next day we were able to walk into the center through the city walls, which is less than 5 minutes away. Comfortable room, nice large bathroom and shower.
