We had a wonderful stay at this stunning, high-class hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect: the place is spotless, elegant, and offers ideal accommodations. The bars and restaurants are simply beautiful, both in atmosphere and in the quality of the food and service. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single team member is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You really feel at home — but in a luxury setting. A huge thank you to Oulaia, Loujain and Dorra for their kindness, sweetness, and impeccable service — they are both lovely and so professional. A special thank you to Bayan for her generosity and heartwarming words that we will never forget. She is truly an exceptional woman with all the qualities of a great manager. And of course, a big thank you to Saeed whose incredible help with valet service and so much more, was deeply appreciated. Every person we encountered helped make this stay so special. It was a fabulous experience. The staff was great, friendly, courteous, professional, attentive, and accommodating. The room was immaculate, very, very clean. Though the hotel has been there for many years but it was taken care of in such a way that competes with the new hotels surrounding Sheraton. Simply I fell in love with this hotel because I have been staying in hotels around the world but this stay has been memorable. Also, the breakfast was amazing! The food catered to all sort of tastes from east, west,north or west. You name it, they had it on the menu. I ran out of words to express how pleasant had my stay been.
