Exceptional Experience at Mövenpick Dead Sea Hotel Dear Mövenpick Dead Sea Hotel Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding experience my party and I had during our recent stay at your esteemed establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by your exceptional staff. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to Rawan Fakhoury and Omar, the friendly receptionist (sorry I forgot the surname ;), whose attentiveness and friendliness truly made our stay memorable. We were pleasantly surprised when Rawan and Omar informed us that our room had been upgraded from a Mountain view to a Sea view. This unexpected gesture added immensely to our enjoyment of the breathtaking surroundings. Additionally, their gracious extension of our check-out time to 2 pm, upon learning of our journey from Petra, showcased Mövenpick Dead Sea Hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service. While we regrettably missed the opportunity to enjoy breakfast due to a case of oversleeping (a testament to the comfort of your accommodations!), we were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's overall design, facilities, and the professionalism of your staff. Every aspect of our stay reflected Mövenpick's reputation for excellence. As a career coach, I often inquire about employee satisfaction and tenure, and I was pleased to learn that many of your staff members have been with Mövenpick for several years. Their dedication and enthusiasm are a testament to the positive leadership style and perks they receive under your management. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Mövenpick Dead Sea Hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional hospitality experience. Thank you once again for a memorable stay, and please extend my appreciation to your entire team for their exemplary service. Warm regards, Abdallah Hamad

Location , staff, meals etc. Everything i love it. Frontdesk clark was top class. Their language, sense of humour, location knowledge, their hospitality was fantastic. Bellteam was good. While i was in hotel they helped me for everything. Waiters are also good. When they realize my nationality they tried to talk my language. It was so cute. One guy i dont know his name, he was work in spa. He was so fantastic.he told me everything about spa and gave me a tour in spa. Sincerely thank you brother. HOTEL design was perfect. We had an amazing stay. The resort looked like a small village with a lot of facilities for everyone and a nice design. A lot of pools separately for adults and families with children. Our room was lovely and clean. The staff was incredibly kind and professional and willing to assist you anytime. Special thanks to the guest relations manager Rawan that assist us both for checking in earlier as we were travelling from afar and during a small emergency that we had. Definitely recommended to everyone!

Beautiful location with exquisite interior design and very friendly service located in the mountains. Hot springs accessible 24h and free - best to come in the very morning (6-9am) or in the evenings (>8pm) to have it all for oneself. Also, great breakfast served on a beautiful terrace facing the waterfall and mountains

This place is gorgeous and the servise is fantastic! Booked in the beginning of our trip for a bit of relaxation and it was perfect for it. The interior design of the hotel is gorgeous, the staff is very warm and welcoming and the views from the hotel are fantastic. I would also recomend eating dinner here - a lot of local dishes and wine to choose from. There was also some live music that made the dinner even more special. Breakfast was very good with a lovely view to the waterfalls.
