We stayed in the air-conditioned suite with a balcony. Two bedrooms, each of them has its own bathroom. We could not make use of the breakfast because of an early flight. The hotel prepared a lunch/breakfast bag for us with sandwich, drink, fruit. Kindly appreciated. Good location: walking distance from boulevard and sea. There is also a pool (and yes, there are towels near the pool although the sign says differently). Good value for money

The apartment made us feel like home. The balcony was pleasant; host was very nice and accommodating. It's an easy walk to the center and easily accessible from the main road; parking is a plus.

The location is grate, 15 minutes walk to old city center. It was clean, spaceous, well equiped and confortable beds, good breakfast and feiendly hosts.

Breakfast on the beach was awesome! A la carte and free! It is centrally located. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. Reception was quite helpful and friendly. Drinks outside in the evening were enjoyable. Rooms were modern clean. We requested a crib for the baby and it was ready when we got there. Internet was good as well. No parking here, but paid parking was close by. You have to specifically ask for daily parking which costs 15e/day. I didnt know, so I ended paying 70Euro for 2 days.

A lovely hotel, we had an amazing view with a private balcony to sit out on, ideally looking at the sea. A short walk to the beach. Very clean room, good size. Nice swimming pools and delicious cocktails.

I was there with my girlfriend in October and the weather was excellent to chill in water and make a tan. The property is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. We got a better room for the same price with a beautiful view at sea. And the free breakfast was simple but still great food.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Butua Residence. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town and the beach, yet quiet enough to relax. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony view. The two ladies in the reception were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want to be close to the Old Town, restaurants, and the beach, while still enjoying a calm atmosphere.
