Location in Budva was perfect. Good for swimming in ocean and lovely pool. Staff were excellent. Giving us tea, coffee and lil for our room. Room was spacious and had excellent views. Breakfast was amazing.

Apia Residence is the kind of accommodation that makes your stay at a holiday location careless and really home-like. The place is located just a short walk away from the excellent Mogren and Mogren II beaches and Budva's Old Town, and the nearest grocery store (conveniently opening at 7:30 AM) is just outside the entry barrier. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything needed, from the cooking utensils and kitchenware to the ironing board. The beds were just fine, neither too soft nor too hard. The towels were changed and the garbage was taken out every other day (you could also hand any extra trash you might have over to the hosts at any time). Most of the apartments in the building are facing west and have roller shutters on all the windows, which, coupled with the proper air conditioning (one appliance in each room, by the way), guarantees them to stay cool throughout the day. A special kudos goes to the ladies running the residence who did their best to assist us and help with any matters we had - really appreciated that, please keep it up! Will definitely stay here again.

The hostess of this hotel is amazing, all staff is pleasant. My room was pretty cosy. There are big balcony in the room. Bed comfortable and bathroom really great.

We loved how spacious and clean the property was! It was an easy 10 min walk to the old town. Very happy with the guys at reception as well, they helped us with finding the hotel and checking in. I have nothing bad to stay! Also some lovely bakeries nearby!

Really Good location. The person at the reception upgraded us to a one-bedroom property and the scenic Becici beach from the terrace is nice. Really worth the money I paid. Stefan our server for the breakfast was also very good. Loved everything. Would recommend everyone to stay here if you are in Budva!
