1-We loved this Hotel in every aspect, it was amazing from the beginning when they received us upon arrival and took our luggage, till we checked out and Mr. Redwan from the reception was there for farewell to the moment we drove away to the airport! 2- Upon our arrival There was a welcoming message in hand writing addressed to us with a gift from the hotel, it was a nice gesture. 3-Amazing staff, I honestly have experienced a lot of hotels all over the world, but to meet a staff such as in Phoenicia Hotel is something extraordinary, they keep smiling at us, greeting us, and special thanks in this regard goes to Mr. Redwan from the reception and Miss. Shan from Palm court. 4- The cleaning is unbelievable, spotless everywhere, imagine your room is being cleaned twice! They have night cleaning in addition to the morning cleaning, at night they simply knock the door and if you were in the room they ask you if you need night cleaning or anything in regard to the housekeeping, 5-They is a Flower base being replaced with fresh flowers vase every day, I did say this is an amazing hotel! 6-The location of the hotel is stunning in the heart of Valetta, few meters from the entrance you find yourself at the beautiful fountain, few steps and you are among the shops, restaurants, and coffee shops of the wonderful Valetta. 7- The view from the room was out of this world, we enjoyed the harbor view. 8- Amazing gardens on site, we enjoyed walking through the trees and flowers all the way to the swimming pool, and there we enjoyed our delicious drink. 9-The breakfast at contessa restaurant was a breathtaking when we sit at the terrace enjoying the morning breeze, though you need to come early to find a table in the terrace otherwise enjoy having your breakfast inside in a cosy ambiance. 10The restaurants were great, the contessa and the bar steak, we really enjoyed the most delicious steak in the bar steak restaurant.

Breakfast was terrific, a wide selection of food—something for every palate and the staff very attentive.

The terrace and the living room in the Luxury Holiday Apartment were wonderful. The bus station was three minutes away, so one gets easy access to any spot or other transport on the island of Malta.Our hosts were polite, hearty and had a healthy sense of humor. They gave us all the info and assistance we needed, as well as great recommendations of what to see on the island.

We chose this hotel as a group of 10 - family. Our ages range from 19 to 80. As you can imagine it's not easy to accommodate the group like this and keep everyone happy. Luciano Valetta did it !!!🎉 Rooms: 🛌🏻 This hotel is experience with comfy stay. Rooms are spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Each room is different and artistically decorated by uplifting the old furniture and decorations. Restaurant:🐟🍕🥂🍾 The english breakfast is excellent and abundant. We had two dinners for 10 people there. The food is great and the wine too. Pizzas, focaccia, fish, risottos and traditional Maltese dishes - everything fresh and tasty. And grand finale - profiteroles 🧁 The biggest surprise were the prices, it is really affordable compared to the restaurants nearby. Staff: 👩🏻‍🍳🛎️ Even though everything is great, what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff !!! These guys went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, specially ❤️Milena❤️ who is the running machine and the heart of the hotel. Location: 📍 Location cannot be better in the center of Valetta, overlooking the main square. Everything is close to the hotel. Final remark: 🎊🎊 If you want a good stay on Malta you should choose Luciano Valetta
