The location was very beautiful over looking the lake. Many lush greenery and cute lemon trees. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The duty managers Peter and Sherwin-Dan were very helpful and accommodating. They both gave excellent service. I highly recommend the HILTON LAKE TAUPO to anyone who will visit Taupo.

It was well prepared for our time all be it short. the room was very warm on arrival as it was late, after 9pm the reception provided us good support and was really helpful. I would visit again for longer as I never knew this motel existed in Taupo
