The hotel is amazing and exceeded all my expectations. Its location is perfect, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities. The rooftop offers stunning views and is a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was great for both work and leisure. There are so many things to love about this place - the rooms are spacious and super clean, the bed was so big and comfortable, the colonial style of the hotel, the rooftop views while having a great breakfast, and finally the staff which were all so kind and helpful with literally everything!

We stayed at Tierra Viva in total for 6 nights, but made a two day trip to Colca Canyon in the middle that’s why we have to write our review twice! The Service, the breakfast, the rooms, the bathroom was excellent and outstanding - in our opinion the best hotel in town for a few days for a cheap price! We had one little incident with our laundry but the Hotel Management and Joel handled it outstanding and satisfied us with their convenience and service 24/7 and found a great solution! Speaking of Joel: The most amazing and humble person we have ever met - he brings “service” to a new level with his customer centric behavior. When we come back to Arequipa one day, we’ll definitely stay again at Tierra Viva, thanks to Joel and the whole Tierra Viva Team for making this stay so special!

Food in restaurant was exceptional stuff was very nice and polite always with smile. Whoever going to Arequipa it’s highly recommended to stay in La Hostería.
