Simply amazing. Everything was awesome. Main building was a summer palace for a Portuguese duke. Its amazingly restored and has impressive public rooms, terraces, bar, restaurant, pool, spa, fitness centre, etc. with stunning views of Faro below. The guest rooms are in a very modern, smartly designed addition built into a hill side; designed to be almost invisible except from the property.
