Everything from the check in till check out was perfect. Once I arrived I was greeted by Shevali and then directed to Aruzhan who send personalized welcome letter to my room, which was very nice to receive. Then Mr. Jaskirat called me to ensure that I like the room and if AC was working properly (last time when I stayed in this property AC had some issues & they still remembered that!). Trough out the stay I was greeted everywhere with smiles & even thou I stayed alone, I felt very comfortable there. Again thank you Aruzhan, Jaskirat, Shefali & others who made my stay amazing.
