A very good hotel, one of the best in the last couple of month. Staff is very warm and welcoming, finds a solution for all little challenges. The gym is well equipped, even with kettlebells of 20kg, treadmills etc. Breakfast is also very good. I'll be back anytime

Another beautiful stay in the heart of the city. We always look for a place that is walking distance to main square, restaurants and cafes, so we couldn’t be happier. Rooms were very modern and we had two balconies overlooking the main street. Housekeeping was great and cleanliness was spot on.

My parents recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crystal Hotel in Belgrade, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated near some of the city’s best museums and walking spots. Whether you’re strolling to explore history or just enjoying a leisurely walk along the nearby streets, everything feels conveniently within reach. One of the highlights of the stay was the restaurant on the 7th floor. Not only does it offer stunning views of Belgrade, but the food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a meal and soak in the atmosphere at the same time. For those who like to stay active, the hotel’s fully equipped gym was a pleasant surprise. It had everything they needed for a solid workout, from modern cardio machines to weights, all well-maintained and spotlessly clean. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsible—always going the extra mile to ensure they felt welcome and comfortable. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. I’d highly recommend the Crystal Hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. The breakfast had really good extended hours until 11.00 am, which was perfect if you like to sleep in as we do. The choice of items was rather wide for such a small hotel and was fit for many different tastes. Egg dishes were prepared on individual requests, there were several kinds of cheeses and fruit, cold cuts, breads, cereals, various cakes and pastries baked in and out. The service was excellent during seven days of our stay. The place was very clean and welcoming. I loved my experience and will stay again in the same hotel next time we are visiting Belgrade.
