They truly went above & beyond to make my stay comfortable, helping with activity planning, local advice & even taxi arrangements. A bonus was the hotel's great location, within walking distance to the city center, making exploration easy & super convenient. The hotel's cleanliness & attention to detail were impressive. The view from the hotelroom over Nis was amzing. Nice clean hotel rooms with friendly stuff. The breakfast buffet was good. We had fresh vegetables, cheese and omletts. The weather was great and we could eat in the sun next to the pool.
