    I have a small dog, & so I stayed in a room designated for pets. It was very clean & comfortable, something not quite achieved in some other "pet rooms" where I've stayed. Hotel staff members, including the cleaning people, were friendly & helpful. This hotel is an excellent value for people who want to tour historic Williamsburg.

    Lovely, well-equipped apartment with all the necessities. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Would also be good for a longer stay. Nice and modern, easy and convenient to see all the sights in the area. Would stay here again!

    Stunning rooms, Even better than the photos. Very comfortable beds and the fold out bed was even comfortable. Only 15 min to Williamsburg colonial village but would be longer in summer with traffic.

    What a lovely surprise to arrive at this location, in the beautiful woods just at the entrance to Colonial Williamsburg. It's a big family hotel, lots of amenities, friendly staff and just a perfect location for visiting the colonial town (accessible by foot via a foot bridge - even just to take a walk without a ticket).

    The continental breakfast was terrible and there were far too many guests shoved in the breakfast area, which is set up galley style, but with probably 75 guests trying to fit in a space designed for fewer than 30 guests. The a/c unit squealed like a dying animal, and the room smelled like sewage. I based my booking off of other online reviews, but the experience was nowhere what I expected for the ratings, and I stay in chain hotels all the time. I won't be choosing Best Western again.

    This property is in a perfect location, easy to get everywhere. The front desk staff were so inviting and nice upon arrival and every day of my stay. Clean and quiet. Towels were in fancy designs like on a cruise ship. The staff goes above and beyond. I plan on visiting Williamsburg VA again and will come back to this Comfort Inn.
