The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The view of the waterfall from our room was stunning. The designated parking spaces were handy. The breakfast was delivered to our room and it was delicious.

Seems to be new establishment with well thought and good taste design. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Walking distance from the city centre with a bench of restaurants. Fantastic lobby bar. Stunning views.

Hotel is located very close to ski lift (6-7 minutes by foot or just 2 minutes by local village bus which goes every 15 minutes), they provide rich breakfast with real Italian coffee, sauna and infrared cabin is included in accommodation rate which gives full relaxation after skiing. Modern and stylish design of the rooms and hotel in light colours with bright accents let to feel energised and powerful. Helpful and charming personnel ready to assist with every quest requests. Highly recommended to visit and feel Austrian hospitality.

The hotel is brand new, architecturally perfect, stylish and reeks of old times. It is as if you have returned to the end of the 19th century. Everything is perfectly designed and combined with the modern age. The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.
