The rooms feature a work desk, a minibar, and satellite TV. All rooms and bathrooms were renovated in 2009 and 2010. Some rooms are air-conditioned and feature a laptop-size safe. Our stay at Hotel Sud surpassed our expectations! Excellent value for money. The pool and the sauna were lovely and clean. The breakfast was ideal and set us off to a nice start. The bus to the centre of Graz leaves from the end of the lane that the hotel is on and takes 20-25mins to get in. I couldn't say enough about how much we were impressed by the hotel.

It offers free WiFi in the entire property, a sauna, gym, a rooftop pool overlooking the city and a 24-hour bar. Location was good and the staffs were very kind. We also liked the on site spa.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Provided body lotion and one free bottled water. Nice pool even though we did not use it. Elevator is a bonus. No tea and coffee inside the room is a minus. Interesting artworks on every floor.

Breakfast is served every morning, and a supermarket can be found 300 metres from the Baderhaus. Full of character. Lovely hosts and location was superb. Quirky is an understatement! We were looking for a quiet place to stay after being in the hussle of Graz after the attending the MotoGP. This fitted the bill. Lots of restaurants in walking distance

A huge and spacious room with very high ceiling. The best shower we had in Austria! The location is just fabulous, at the hear of the city

We liked the character of the room, which was unique and had a vibe of minimal industrialism. The breakfast was also very rich, with vegan and very healthy options. The sauna and tea room were also a cute little surprise. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating, and keen to answer all our questions. The location was stellar, with easy access to good restaurants and all the sights of Graz.
