Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. So lovely hotel, the architecture of the building itself is very interesting and extraordinary. The interior is beautiful and cozy. The room was not very big but for a solo traveller it was a perfect size with all the facilities. The breakfast was nicely served. The staff was very friendly and caring. Definitely value for money. And I would love to stay for longer and obviously I would stay in this splendid place.

Înconjurat de o podgorie, acest hotel de 4 stele se află la doar 5 minute de mers cu mașina de mânăstirea Göttweig și la 10 minute de centrul orașului Krems. Great hotel room with a beautiful view. The hospitality was the best part of our stay and we could not ask for anything better. The property is kept in the best condition possible, especially the gardens and pool area.

Wohnzimmer se află în Krems an der Donau și oferă vedere la grădină, biciclete gratuite, o grădină, o terasă și un bar. Oaspeții au la dispoziție WiFi gratuit. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. It has its own charm with the decoration and paintings, we absolutely loved it! The breakfast is freshly made by the owner, Heidi. It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. We stayed in this hotel on a short cycling trip along the Danube. Their main business seems to be the restaurant, which by the way serves good dinner and ice-cream! The rooms are on the 2nd floor and despite the busy restaurant below, we slept well. And they obviously knew how to set up a good breakfast buffet!

Madar Café Restaurant zum Fürsten este o cafenea tradițională în stil vienez, situată într-o clădire din secolul al XVI-lea, în zona pietonală din centrul orașului Melk, la numai 500 de metri de... Este chiar in centru,peste drum de primărie,in spate se vede castelul pe care l-am si vizitat.Hotelul e o cladire veche si interesantă pe dinăuntru,micul dejun bogat si gustos.Personalul prietenos,am dat peste o doamna si o domnisoara românce care ne-au servit.Orăselul e frumos,cladiri vechi dar renovate,străduțe înguste si e liniste. Am fost la inceputul lui ianuarie 2025.Sigur vom mai reveni!
