Each of the spacious apartments is air-conditioned and offers free WiFi access. Good central quite location , polite staff, good breakfast.

Just a 5-minute metro ride from the Stephansplatz square right in the heart of Vienna, the eco-labelled Hotel Spiess & Spiess is located in a quiet backstreet. It offers elegant and allergy-free rooms and suites and a savory and premium quality breakfast including mainly organic and regional specialities and products. It was very spacious and it was very clean. Even when the AC broke down it was fixed very quickly. The location is very good, right next to the underground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were really able to relax after a busy day, the garden in the back was also beautiful. The breakfast was of very good quality, we enjoyed that a lot.

They are air-conditioned and include parquet floors, a minibar, a flat-screen satellite TV, and an iPod docking station. Bathrooms feature bathrobes, toiletries, and a hairdryer. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the table nearby the window were also great. I ordered an omelette and miso soup, both of which were excellent. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Wien. I want to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Wien.

Spacious, very clean, comfortable and quiet apartment, very well located next to Airport bus, tram and underground, and a short walk to main attractions. Very nice staff as well. And there's a real hairdryer (not these tiny useless hotel ones), which is very nice!
