Very nice interior, attention to details that tell the story of the hotel's name. Spacious and airy common areas, peaceful location not far from the city center. Friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast, highlighting the selection of fresh juices. The size of the rooms was probably determined by the dimensions of the historical building, despite possibly slightly smaller square footage, the rooms are nicely and modernly furnished.

Above all expectations!!! Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess.
