The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

The staff was very attentive and hospitable. They helped me with everything. The rooms were clean and the furnishings were new and good. They also upgraded my room for free of charge without my request. The breakfast was rich, and there was almost everything. I was pleased with my stay in Hyperion. Thank you and see you next time.
