United StatesEven in the winter off season, Thistle Hill offered the perfect location and size to host our party of 5 for a couple of days in Hunter Valley. Due to the short visit and weather we didn’t take advantage of being in walking distance to wineries but there were several along the main road. Hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful in arranging the bedding to fit our needs. They even set up the fire pit for us to enjoy our first night, which the kids loved!

I loved the fact that you had a kitchen, loungeroom and dining room. I loved the bold colours and the interior decorations were lovely and fascinating and funky. we thought it was great

Stayed here for a family wedding. Very comfortable, we were late arriving, the AC was on and room was lovely and warm. Easy with keypad access, no worries about collecting keys.
Breakfast basket was very nice and saved is time in the morning

Our room was very spacious, luxurious and clean for the two of us. We were impressed with all the design features, effort for sustainability and our gorgeous view of the valley from our balcony. We ate breakfast at the property three times, and dinner two times in the bar/restaurant and were so impressed by the food, wine and value for money. All the little board games around made it seem very homey.
