Located in a historic 19th century landmark building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, the boutique Treasury on Collins Melbourne offers spacious suites and apartments, well-positioned for trams, buses... We had a room with a balcony which was fantastic. Very quiet and clean. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch as was the happy hour each afternoon. The buffet breakfasts were really good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and special mention should be made of Haries who checked us in went out of his way to make our stay perfect.

Wonderful breakfast with lots of options, both hot and cold. The fresh fruit was top notch. Excellent specialty coffee. Rooms were very functionally designed. Highly recommend the location as well.

Our arrival time was delayed due to a late flight so we manager was in regular contact with me to provide a solution so we could access the property. It worked perfectly and it was a great relief to not have to worry about being delayed. Upon viewing the apartment it was like an oasis. It was beautiful and roomy with a delicious basket of breakfast goodies waiting for us. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return when in Melbourne again. Thank you for the wonderful stay and all of the little extras you provided like Q-tips in the bathroom and gourmet coffee pods.

The Royce is located on Melbourne’s grand boulevard that connects the city’s finest luxury shopping on Collins Street, to world-class galleries and gardens and further to the beautiful bayside... The staff that I would like to commend for their outstanding customer service and professionalism: Jill, James, Ella, Kathleen and Gerard. They all went above and beyond what I expected. The room was amazing and the boutique hotel was very luxurious. If you are looking for the best experience and the best room in a beautiful top-end hotel, look no further. We will be back. Everything about this hotel is top drawer and so comfortable! We were even able to check in early and freshen up before touring.

Offering free Wi-Fi, the 5-star The Lyall is located in fashionable urban South Yarra. It is within walking distance of the restaurants and shops of Toorak Road and Chapel Street. Everything was great. The neighborhood, the room, the peace and quiet, and the staff. This is a top notch hotel!
