The location is a dream, it is so quiet but within 5 minutes you find tons of shops, restaurants and cafes. The accomodation is spotless and has everything you could want. We had such a comfortable stay and honestly I need to know where they got their robes from and how they wash them, because they were sooooo soft! 10/10

Out of all our stays in Victoria, Australia, we loved this place the most. Run by Renee and Rob, Victoria House is a hidden gem. Renee at the reception was very friendly and suggested several places of interest. Rob personally delivered our breakfast tray with a big smile, showcasing their warmth and hospitality. The Victorian-style decor made us feel at home, and we were very happy with the lovely crafted ambiance.

The Royce is located on Melbourne’s grand boulevard that connects the city’s finest luxury shopping on Collins Street, to world-class galleries and gardens and further to the beautiful bayside... Exceptional service from Ella and all the front of hotel staff. They couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.
