Albion Hotel, a family-run hotel in the centre of Ieper, is 350 metres from the Menin Gate. It features free high-speed WiFi, an intimate bar and packed lunch services. Perfect for a short break in beautiful Ieper - but honestly would be perfect for any duration. Lovely warm, spotless room. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel and will most certainly return. Everything Ieper has to offer well within a few minutes walk. On site parking a real bonus too!

Located just 19 km from St Philibert Metro Station, B&B Le Cloître St Joseph features accommodation in Messines with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as an ATM. Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Friendly, easy to find. Beautiful bedding and ensuite rooms. The breakfast was amazing.

Au Coeur Des Hôtes, a property with a garden, is set in Steenvoorde, 26 km from The Menin Gate, 35 km from Plopsaland, as well as 36 km from Dunkerque Train Station. Located within 700 metres of The Menin Gate and 26 km of St Philibert Metro Station in Ypres, Het Houten Paard provides accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. I was impressed with Franky on his customer service and easy instructions. For example, where to park your car and several options to make your stay pleasant. I have not met him on my stay but he made sure everything was in place for both check-in and Out. Will book again when I am back in Leper. Highly recommended.

A 5-minute walk from Ypres’ market square, La Porte Cochere offers elegant country-styled rooms situated in a historic mansion. Free Wi-Fi is available. Loved it. Characterful period building close to the centre of Ypres, an easy walk from the station in one direction and the Cloth Hall and restaurants in the other. Charming bedrooms and bathrooms. Delightful hosts who welcomed us to their home and were interested in our reasons for visiting without being intrusive. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Would certainly return next time we are in town.
