I only stayed for one night while visiting with friends in Shumen, and I wish I could've stayed longer. I really liked how bright the room is - no dark, dirty carpets and heavy, dark furniture. I never really thought about it before, but hotel rooms can be quite dark and depressing. Not this one, though. The woman who checked me in was super friendly and welcoming, and the next day, when I was running late for check-out and called her, she was understanding and waited for me to arrive, even though I'd told her they could go in and start cleaning since my bag was packed and I just needed to pick it up. The bathroom was spacious and the shower seemed new. The bed was pretty comfortable and the entire place was very quiet during my stay, even though the hotel was at capacity. The hotel is close to the central pedestrian street and also not far from the start of the steps that take you to the Founders of the Bulgarian State monument. Would definitely stay here again when I visit my friends in the future!

Nastanitev Familly Art Hotel Nirvana se nahaja v mestu Šumen, 19 km od znamenitosti Madara Rider, in ponuja vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter teraso. Very good staff, the reception guy has waited me until midnight for a late check in. Very clean and tidy room, continental breakfast appreciated. The location is good, nice view and amazing garden. Restaurant available with several good choices either food & drink, I was travelling for business and I appreciated few moments of relax.
